The heaven has gained. I shall always remember how God has touched many lives including mine through prophet T.b. Joshua. I would not have known scriptural meaning of love, faith, giving and forgiveness if it wasn’t for him.

The last moments of Prophet TB Joshua on earth before his death were said to have been spent to serve God, just as he has always said that this is what he was born for, live for and would die for.
The post that was shared in his ministry Facebook page reads:
“Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” – Amos 3:7
On Saturday 5th June 2021, Prophet TB Joshua spoke during the Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting: “Time for everything – time to come here for prayer and time to return home after the service.”
God has taken His servant home – as it should be by divine will. His last moments on earth were spent in the service of God. This is what he was born for, lived for and died for.
As he says, “The greatest way to use life is to spend it on something that will outlive it”.
Prophet T.B. Joshua leaves a legacy of service and sacrifice to God’s Kingdom that is living for generations yet unborn.
The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and Emmanuel TV Family appreciate your love, prayers and concern at this time and request a time of privacy for the family.
Here are his last words: “Watch and pray.”
One life for Christ is all we have; one life for Christ is so dear.
Response to criticism, attack and persecution
Pastor Akinola Tunde posted oh his Facebook wall:
One thing that really thrilled me about the late Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua (T B Joshua) was his response to criticism and attack, his attitude towards slander persecution and opposition.
One of the quantities that amazes me about him which I often told my church workers was his calmness in the face of provocation, persecution and public attacks.
TB Joshua was a man that was ostracized and not given the hand of fellowship by majority of his fellow ministers. But that did not stop him from doing the work excellently.
I can’t count the number of people that came forward to say terrible things about him.
Some accused TB Joshua of making use of diabolical power to perform miracles, signs and wonders. Some accused him of adultery. Some even accused him of sexual harassment.
But one thing that baffled me was the silence of the prophet. I don’t remember the T.B. Joshua responding openly to any of the criticism or allegations. He just faced the work he was doing and acted like the people leveling the allegations against him never existed.
There was a time many years ago when some highly placed men of God in Nigeria spoke openly against him and labeled him a false prophet. To my surprise, Prophet TB Joshua did not respond. He just kept on doing the work committed to him.
Interestingly the work kept growing and progressing in his hand.
Initially, I was the type of person who gets easily worked up whenever I’m falsely accused or slandered.
I would do everything possible those days to defend myself, prove my innocence and clear my name before as many that cared to hear my side of the story. Whether they believed me or not did not even bother me.
After a while I looked at this dynamic prophet and something told me, “Can’t you see TB Joshua’s attitude towards persecution, criticism and attacks? Have you ever seen him wasting his energy in the name of responding and defending himself? Why not do the same and not get yourself worked up unnecessarily?”
Immediately I adopted his style and since that day I’ve stopped responding to criticism, attacks and negative things said about my personality and Ministry.
If you like, call me fake pastor, na you sabi! If you like, call me false prophet, it’s your headache. I have nothing to prove to you.
In fact I began to enjoy peace of mind from that moment.
Other things I saw in prophet TB Joshua are simplicity, modesty, humility and generosity which is even lacking in some men of God that many consider as legit.
On whether he is a man of God or not, I have never for once judged and will never judge prophet T.B. Joshua. Only God knows those who are truly serving Him. I’m not the author and finisher of anyone’s faith. I’m not the one that called him, so it’s not my place to confirm or disprove his authenticity.
The death of Prophet TB Joshua is one that has really pained me; it was so unexpected.
May God comfort the family he has left behind.
Whether you think T.B Joshua was a real or fake prophet, to rejoice over his death is a very stupid thing to do
Samuel Asogwa shared on Facebook: I have seen very disappointing and sad comments already on Facebook about the passing of T.B. Joshua.
And I must say that it saddens me greatly that this is coming from people who profess the faith.
I saw one who said it was good news, and that Pastor Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo, W F Kumuyi and Pastor Chris Oyakhilome were next, and I couldn’t believe my eyes.
We have so much knowledge available to us in this generation but no understanding at all.
It is so sad that we see the passing of someone as good news.
Whether you think TB Joshua was a real or fake prophet, to rejoice over his death is a very stupid thing to do.
How did we get to this place?
And I went to the timeline of this people and I saw on their bio; ” It’s all about Jesus”?
Biko, which Jesus is that?
There is enough worldliness amongst believers today to make a new world with it.
We have to be better than this, there is never rejoicing when a person dies.
Not even in heaven, nor should it be so on earth.
